What to know for Day 1 and Week 1:
- Schedule: If you originally chose the hybrid model, you will be attending school in-person on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. Make sure you know the correct day to attend and schedule. You can find all that information here.
- For Day 1: Only those students who chose the hybrid in-person option will be going into EHS on Monday, August 31. All others will have to join their classes remotely on Day 1. Make sure you know how to login to Schoology. You can find more Schoology information here.
- Materials: Students who will be attending in-person will be receiving materials from your teachers when you attend in-person. Students who selected fully remote as their learning preference on the family survey are asked to come to the school building to meet their teachers and pick up their materials according to the schedule below.
- 9th grade students with last names A-K – Between 12 and 1pm on Monday, August 31
- 9th grade students with last names L-Z – Between 1 and 2pm on Monday, August 31
- Students who are not able to come in during their assigned time may arrange to pick up materials on Wednesday, September 2nd between 5:30pm and 7:30pm. Teachers will not be available during that time to meet with students, but staff will be on hand in our bus channel/auditorium entrance area to provide students with their books and materials. Families are asked to notify us of their intention to come at this time by completing THIS FORM by Wednesday, August 26th.
- Directions: A map with directions to help students go from class to class has been emailed to students and parents. One of the main sources of stress for 9th graders is the layout of EHS and not getting lost. Problem solved!
